Stage 3: Tier III- This level requires to display the Writing skills for the English language, all the candidates need to follow this section properly. Stage 4: Tier IV- The candidates when successful pass all the above-mentioned stages then, they have to appear the Tier IV which comprises a face-to-face interview and personal interview with a pre-decided panel of experts.

What is the Syllabus of SSC CGL Tier-III
Tier-III of the SSC CGL exam is a descriptive exam to analyze the written skills of the candidates in English/Hindi. It will be taken offline where students are asked to write essays, précis, applications, letters, etc. in this exam. This exam carries 100 marks and the time allotted is 60 minutes and for candidates belonging to the PWD category is extended up to 80 minutes. Tier-III paper is given by those candidates who are interested only in the post of “Statistical Investigator Grade-II” & “Compiler”. What is the exam pattern of SSC CHSL Tier-II?
SSC CHSL Tier-II is held in a descriptive mode where a candidate is given a test to ensure his or her writing skills in English/Hindi. The paper consists of an Essay of 200-250 words and Letter/Application writing of about 150-200 words. The minimum marks to qualify SSC CHSL TIER-II are 33 percent of the total marks allotted.
