LIC HFL (Life Insurance Company Housing Finance Limited)  has declared a notification for the post of Assistant and Assistant Manager. Total of 80 vacancies are announced out of which 50 vacancies are reserved for the Assistant post and 30 for the Assistant Manager post. Willing and eligible candidates can apply for this post from 4 August 2022 to 25 August 2022. Applications will not be accepted after the due date.

Educational Qualification 

1. Educational Qualification for the post of Assistant: 

• Graduation with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks. 

• The courses completed through correspondence/ distance/part time are not acceptable.

• The candidate must have computer knowledge. 

2. Educational Qualification for the post of Assistant Manager (Others category): 

• Graduation with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks 

or 

         Post-graduate in any discipline. 

• The courses completed through correspondence/ distance/part time are not acceptable. 

• The candidate must have computer knowledge. 

3. Educational Qualification for the post of Assistant Manager (DME Category): 

• Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks or Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA in marketing/finance will be given preference.

• The candidate must have computer knowledge. 

Work Experience

Work Experience for the post of Assistant Manager (DME Category): 

• The candidates applying for the post of LIC Assistant Manager(DME Category) must have completed 3 years as DME in LIC HFL as on 31.03.2022 and continuing as DME or marketing intermediary in LIC HFL.

Age Requirements

1. Age Limit for the post of Assistant 

• The age limit for the post of Assistant is a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 28 years. 

2. Age Limit for the post of Assistant Manager (Others category) 

• The age limit for the post of Assistant Manager (Others category) is a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 28 years. 

3. Age Limit for the post of Assistant Manager (DME category) 

• The age limit for the post of Assistant manager (DME category)is a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 40 years.

Initial Pay Scale 

• The starting basic pay for the post of Assistant is Rs.22,730/- per month.

• The starting basic pay for the post of Assistant manager  is Rs.53,620/- per month.
