Here are the qualifications and specializations required to apply for the post of Draftsman Engineering (Group B):
The candidate must possess a diploma in Civil Engineering in the First Division awarded by a State Board of Technical Education or any other Institution recognized by AICTE.
Or
Higher Qualification in the same discipline i.e. Degree in Civil Engineering & above from a Recognized University / Institution.
The candidate must possess at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands-on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity Applications including specialized application software like AUTO - CAD etc. from a Govt . recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001, certified.
Or
Certification in the usage of Computers equivalent to ' O ' level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses ( DOEACC ) of Government of India and has working knowledge in specialized application software like AUTO - CAD etc.
Note: The candidate applying for the post of Draftsman Engineering (Group B) should have passed Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.
The candidates willing to apply for the post of Draftsman Engineering(Group B) must be between the age group of 18 and 37 as on 01/01/2022.

A paper-based written competitive exam will be conducted for the post of Draftsman Engineering (Group B). The exam will be conducted on the OMR sheet and there will be a total of 120 MCQs from two different parts of the syllabus.
