PSSSB Dairy Development Inspector Recruitment 2022

Punjab Subordinates Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has released the official notification for the recruitment of PSSSB Dairy Development Inspector grade-II 2022. The board is going to recruit candidates for 37 posts in PSSSB this year.  The online application form will be available to the candidates on the official websites i.e. sssb.punjab.gov.in from 25 May 2022. The last date to apply for the exam is 12 July 2022. All the interested candidates can fill out the application form after checking the official notification.

PSSSB Dairy Development Inspector Important Dates

• Starting date for submitting online application forms: 25 May 2022

• Last date for submitting online application forms: 12 July 2022 (upto 5 pm)

PSSSB Dairy Development Inspector Exam Pattern

• Exam Will include Objective Type questions.

• The exam will be bi-lingual (English & Punjabi).

• The negative marking is ¼ for every wrong answer.

• Candidates who will secure less than 40% marks in the written test will not be considered eligible for the Selection Process.

PSSSB Dairy Development Inspector Educational Qualification 

• The candidate should possess a degree in Bachelor of Technology in dairy technology or Bachelor in Science dairying in dairy technology or Dairy Husbandry from a recognized university.

• He must have passed the matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in the Punjabi language.

PSSSB Dairy Development Inspector Age Limit

• For the General Category, the minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 37 years.

• For SC/BC category, the maximum age limit is 42 years.

PSSSB Dairy Development Inspector Application Fee 

• General category: 1000/-

• SC/BC/EWS: 250/-

• Ex-serviceman and dependent: 200/-

• Physically Handicapped: 500/-

The payment should be done through the online mode. The payment once done will not be refunded. It should be noted that the last date to pay the fees is 15 July 2022.

• The pay scale is Rs. 29200/-

Selection Process

The candidate must obtain at least 40% marks in the written examination. 

Reasons for the Rejection of the Applications

• Not following the proper guidelines for the payment of fees.

• Filling in the improper or wrong details in the form.

• Not following the proper procedure to fill out the application form.

• Not meeting the eligibility criteria.

• Securing less than 40% marks in the written examination.  

Other Important Instructions

• The candidate must have received the degree certificate from the recognized organization/university. 

• The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased by the board at any time. 

• The candidate must have passed 10th with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in the Punjabi language.

How To Apply for PSSSB Dairy Development Inspector Exam?

The interested candidates are requested to apply through the official website i.e. sssb.punjab.gov.in from 25 May 2022.

Step 1: Go to the official website of PSSSB

Step 2: Search for the dairy development inspector grade-II notification

Step 3: Check the eligibility criteria

Step 4: After reading the notification carefully, click on the official application form link

Step 5: Fill the correct details in the online application form 

Step 6: Upload the required documents in proper format and size 

Step 7: Make payment through the online mode i.e. Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.

Step 8: Print the application form

Once the candidate has received the online application number, he must upload a scanned copy of a passport size photo(not older than 3 months), signature, 10th standard certificate, and qualifying exam certificate to complete the application form. Note that the file formats should be .jpg, .png or .gif and the size of the files should be upto 100kb only. All the applications without uploaded photos and signatures will be considered rejected. It is also to be noted that the Name, Father’s Name, Date of birth, and category can not be changed once entered in the online application form.
