Educational Qualification
The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or an equivalent from a recognized university/ institution. He/she should have passed the matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the subjects. Furthermore, the candidate must have proficiency in the operation of Computers.

Selection Process
The selection process comprises two phases, a computer based test and a computer proficiency test. The first step is a computer based examination. Candidates need to attempt this exam carefully as0.25 marks will get deducted for each incorrect answer. After that, the selected candidates will be called to appear for the computer proficiency test. The Computer Proficiency Test comprises two parts. In Part-I, aspirants need to qualify the SpreadSheet Test which is of 10 marks and of 10 minutes duration by securing 40% or more i.e. 4 or more marks. In Part-II, aspirants need to qualify the Computer Typing Test in English at the speed of 30 W.P.M.

Step 3: Click on the link to apply for the post of Clerk.
Step 4: A new tab will open, now you have to click the ‘Register’ button and fill in the required details to receive the User ID and Password.
Step 5: Candidates will receive the User ID and Password on the registered email address or on the registered mobile number. Overseas candidates will receive your User ID and Password on the registered email address.
Step 6: Candidates can login with the User ID and Password to complete the application form for the Punjab and Haryana High Court Clerk exam.
Step 7: Make sure to provide the Correct Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email Address as these details cannot be changed once the registration is completed.
Step 8: Submit the required documents.
