SBI Clerk Notification 2024-25
The transformation of your dream to join SBI is on the way as the SBI recruitment agency has released the notification for the Recruitment of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) posts in the clerical cadre 2024-25. The registration for the posts must be done from 17.12.2024 to 07.01.2025. Of course! Certain requirements are also attached to the notification and on this blog, we will get you apprised of them as well as other important details contained in the notification.
Kindly, apply only from the State or Union Territory whose language you are proficient in, as a language test will also be a part of the selection process. Those who produce the proof through the 10th or 12th mark sheets that they have studied and passed the selected language won’t need to go through the test.

Eligibility Criteria
Language Proficiency

One candidate can apply from only one state/UT.
-
Proof of local language proficiency is required through 10th 0r 12th mark sheets or by passing the language proficiency test.
Candidates have to provide proof of local language proficiency by taking a test or producing 10th or +2 mark sheets to demonstrate that they have studied the language. Also, opt for ONE language at the time of online application for the local language test.
Age Limit
Not below 20 years and not above 28 years as of 01.04.2024, i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1996 and not later than 01.04.2004 (both days inclusive).

Academic Qualifications

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or

Any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government

Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2024.
-
Those in the final year of graduation can also appear for the exam on the condition of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2024.
How to Apply?
The registration process can be done in an online mode only.
Step 1: Go to the Bank's website https://bank.sbi/web/careers/current-openings OR https://www.sbi.co.in/web/careers/current-openings - Recruitment of Junior Associates 2024.
Step 2: Fill in the details, and upload the required documents, photos, declaration, etc.
Step 3: Once the registration is done, pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking.
Note: In case of any problem regarding the registration and the payment of fee, candidates can dial telephone no. 022-22820427 (between 11:00 AM and 05:00 PM only on Bank working days) or lodge his/her query on http://cgrs.ibps.in and make sure to mention ‘Recruitment of Junior Associate-2024’ in the subject of the email.
Things You Require
A scanned photograph signature, left-hand thumb impression, hand-written declaration, and SBI Apprenticeship Certificate (if applicable). Detailed information of the size and resolution of these things must be acquired from the notification.
Candidates will have a limited facility to re-open and edit the data (with the generated Regi. No. and Password) before submitting the complete data. After the complete data is submitted, you won’t be able to change the data, this is true in the case of paying the fee as well.
Selection Procedure
There will be three rounds:
1. Preliminary exam
2. Main exam
3. Verification of eligibility for the post and information furnished in the online application.
4. The opted local language in case candidates don’t produce mark sheets of 10th and 12th giving evidence of studying the opted language.
Wait List: A wait list of up to 50% of vacancies (State-category wise) will be maintained.
Pay Scale
The starting Basic Pay is Rs.26730/- (Rs.24050/- plus two advance increments admissible to graduates).

Probation Period
The newly appointed Junior Associates will be on probation for a Minimum period of 6 months. Newly recruited Junior Associates will be required to complete e-lessons as prescribed by the bank during the probation, to get confirmed in the Bank, failing which their probation will be extended till the completion of the same
Entry To Examination Center
1. The admit card will be released on your registered number 10 days prior to the exam date. You have to download it by yourself. It won’t be mailed to you. Go through the "Acquaint yourself booklet" as well.
2. Bring the requirements mentioned on the admit card to avoid the chance of disqualification.
3. If you pass the exam, the call letter for the second round will be available to you on your registered number. Make sure to check it by yourself.
4. During the main exam, you have to bring the call letter for the preliminary exam plus other requirements as well.
Important Instructions

Apply for the exam as soon as possible to avoid missing the registration due to a low server.

Candidates must keep their registered e-mail ID/mobile active for receiving advice, viz. call letters/advice, etc.

A medical check-up is also required.

Not more than one application should be submitted by a candidate. In case of multiple applications, only the last valid (completed) application will be retained and the application fee/intimation charges paid for the other registrations will stand forfeited.
