Food Corporation of India has released an official notification for the post of Assistant General Manager and Medical Officer at their official website on 26th February 2021. All eligible and interested candidates can apply for the post of Assistant General Manager.
Interested candidates can apply for the FCI Category-2 zone-wise. This recruitment drive will fill vacancies to the post of Manager in North Zone, South Zone, East Zone, West Zone and North-East Zone. Candidates who qualify the online test and interview will be recruited as “Management Trainee” and will be required to undergo 6-months of training. Candidates who complete the training successfully will be finally recruited as Managers.

All the candidates will be selected on the basis of online examinations (Phase-I & Phase-II) followed by Interview Process and Training. The online test will comprise of Phase-I and Phase-II exams. In the Phase-I of the online test, the test will be Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions). Each question will carry an equal one mark.
For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one-fourth (1/4) of the mark assigned to that question. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no negative marking for that question.
FCI Manager Exam Pattern 2021 for Phase I
The FCI Manager Phase-I examination will be conducted online and Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions). Candidates are allocated total duration of 60 Minutes to complete the preliminary exam. There is section-wise timing for all sections i.e. 20 minutes each. It consists of 3 sections with a total of 100 questions and a maximum score of 100 marks.

FCI Manager has a decent salary at all the postcodes. Here are the details regarding the details of FCI Manager 2021:

Selected candidates will serve as Management Trainees for a period of six months.

The only consolidated stipend will be paid to them at the rate of Rs. 40000/- (Forty thousand only) per month during the training period.

Management Trainees will be considered for absorption as Managers in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 40000 – 140000 upon successful completion of a training period of six months.
There is no pre-exam training for FCI Exam.
