For the year 2020, due to covid, the SBI PO 2020 notification was released in the month of November 2020. The last date for the online application was 4th-Dec- 2020. The online exam of SBI PO Prelims 2020 held on 4th,5th & 6th Jan 2021 in various slots.

Last Year, the State bank of India (SBI) had released SBI PO 2020 notification pdf for 2000 vacancies. State Bank of India is the leading bank of India and it is a dream of many candidates to be a part of this prestigious institution. After the release of notification, the registration process has already started to recruit candidates in SBI and its Associate banks. After joining the bank, candidates will be posted anywhere in India. To qualify for the interview, candidates must clear prelims and mains examination. The final selection of the candidates will be based on merit.
The selection process of SBI PO consists of 3 phases (Preliminary, Mains, and Group Exercise/Interview). The candidates must qualify each of them to go on to the next phase.
The SBI PO preliminary examination is of one-hour duration and is conducted online. It has 3 sections with having 100 questions in total with a maximum score of 100 marks. There is a negative marking in the SBI PO pre-exam as 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer. Candidates must clear the sectional cut-off to qualify for the SBI PO Main exam. SBI PO Mains 2021 Exam Pattern
The Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Tests for 50 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer the Descriptive test by typing on the computer. Immediately after completion of the Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be administered.
I.Objective Test: The objective test of 3 hours duration consists of 4 Sections for a total of 200 marks. The objective test will have separate timing for every section. The candidates are required to qualify in each of the Tests by securing passing marks, to be decided by the Bank.
