The Selection process is accomplished on the basis of Short-listing and Interview session. Candidates are chosen through an interview process for diverse posts filled through SBI SO 2021.
Interview: Besides fulfilling minimum qualification and experience the Short-listing Committee constituted by the Bank will make a decision for the short-listing protocols and thereafter, a sufficient number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The choice of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be concluding. No communication will be allowed in this regard.
Merit List: Merit list for selection will be structured in downward order on the basis of scores of the interview only. In case more than one applicant scores the cut-off marks (minimum marks at cut-off point), such applicants will be positioned according to their age in downward order, in the merit.

Step 2: Start your application process for SBI SO 2020 by entering the basic particulars such as name, contact number, email id, address etc. and click on save and next button.
Step 3:Then upload your photograph and signature in the requisite format as provided by State Bank of India. The allowable size of the photograph should be 4.5 cm * 3.5 cm and the photograph should be of passport size. Both the photograph and the signature should be apparent and readable. Permitted file size of photograph should be of minimum 20 KB and of maximum 50 KB and that of the signature should be of minimum 10 KB and of maximum 20 KB.
Step 4: Fill in your academic particulars and professional qualification in this step of your online application procedure. Click at the save button then press next button after filling in the particulars.
Step 5: Check your application form before submitting to the portal as you won’t be authorized to make any alterations further. Further save and go to next button after examining your Application Form.
